To start a task, simply click on it in the task list or on the map, then click on "Accept Task" at the bottom of the task description.
You generally have 4 hours to complete and submit your task.
All you have to do is answer the questions and take the photos requested.
Once you've completed all the fields, click on "Send the task" and that's it!
You can cancel the task at any time.
If you haven't completed and submitted your task by the end of the 4-hour booking period, the task expires and becomes available again to other users.
If you accidentally let a task expire, you can send us a message via the "Message" tab in the app. We can reset the task for you so that you can complete it. Otherwise, the task will reset overnight.
Good to know:
You can accept up to 8 tasks at the same time!
Accept your tasks and then go to the "My tasks" tab to view them.
This will make it easier for you to complete your rounds and reduce the risk of a task slipping through your fingers! 🥳
