Don't panic! First of all, look carefully in the aisles, as products are sometimes a little hidden. If needed, you can ask store staff where to find the product.
If you still can't find the product you're looking for, take a photo of the aisle where the product should be with the widest possible plan, the aisle or aisles where the product is likely to be found.
Black photos, photos of the floor, or photos with no information are automatically rejected.
If price information is requested for a product you can’t find, you can enter "0" for the price or number of facings.
